摘要
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种新型的内源非编码RNA,近年来已成为研究的热点。CircRNA被发现存在于各种生物中,越来越多的研究证明circRNA可能在基因表达调控中发挥重要作用,包括miRNA(microRNA,微小RNA)海绵作用、转录后和翻译水平的调节等。现今circRNA在多种疾病中的作用机制也受到人们的高度关注,其临床应用价值逐渐被重视,其中circRNA与糖尿病的发病机制密切相关,是糖尿病及其并发症包括糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病心血管病变、糖尿病痛性神经病变等重要的调控分子,有望成为新的糖尿病诊断标志物和治疗靶标。现有糖尿病的早期诊断指标存在一定缺陷,探寻新的高敏感性生物标志物有重要意义。本文对近年来circRNA的生物学功能及其对糖尿病的发病机制影响进行综述,以帮助相关科研工作者了解circRNA对糖尿病的作用,为更深入全面的认识糖尿病的发病机制提供帮助。
crcRNA(circular RNA,circRNA)is a new type of endogenous non-coding RNA,which has become a research hotspot in recent years.CircRNA had been found in various organisms.More and more studies have shown that circRNA might be play an important role in gene expression regulation,including microRNA(miRNA)sponge,regulation at post-transcriptional level and translation level.Nowadays,the mechanism of circRNA in various diseases is also highly concerned by the researcher,and its clinical application value is gradually focused on.circRNA is closely related to the pathogenesis of diabetes.It is an important regulatory molecule of diabetes and its complications,including diabetic retinopathy,diabetic nephropathy,diabetic cardiovascular disease,diabetic painful neuropathy and so on,and is expected to become a new diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets of diabetes mellitus.There are some defects in the existing early diagnosis markers of diabetes,so it is of great significance to explore new high sensitive biomarkers for diabetes.In this paper,the biological function of circRNA and its influence on the pathogenesis of diabetes in recent years have been reviewed,in order to help the researchers understand the role of circRNA in diabetes and provide help for a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of diabetes.
