摘要
介绍了“湿式氧化+酸化中和”组合工艺处理碱渣废水的工业应用装置处理流程、设计操作参数及运转结果,对工业应用中出现的问题进行了分析,并从装置的设计、运行及操作等方面给出了解决办法。详细介绍了该工艺针对炼油碱渣、乙烯碱渣和丙烷脱氢碱渣的处理效果,在150~190℃、1.0~3.0 MPa的操作条件下,出水S^(2-)质量浓度小于1.0 mg·L^(-1),COD去除率60%~99.8%,尾气达标排放,环境效益、经济效益、社会效益显著,为企业的清洁生产提供了强有力的保障。
The processing flow,design and operation parameters and operation results of the industrial application unit of"wet oxidation+acidification neutralization"process for treating spent caustic were introduced,and the problems in industrial application were analyzed,and the solution was given from the aspects of unit design,running and operation.The treatment effect of this process on refinery spent caustic,ethylene and propane dehydrogenation spent caustic was introduced in detail.Under the operating conditions of 190℃and 3.0 MPa,the S^(2-) mass concentration of the effluent was less than 1.0 mg·L^(-1),and the COD removal rate was about 60%~99.8%,and the exhaust gas could meet the emission standard.It has significant environmental and economic and social benefits,which can provide a strong guarantee for the clean production of enterprises.
