摘要
乙烯装置废碱液COD、硫化物浓度高,处理技术难度大。介绍了国产化湿式氧化技术在乙烯装置废碱液处理上的应用,总结了实际运行情况及出现的问题,并针对问题进行分析,提出了相应的解决措施,优化装置运行。经改造,乙烯装置产生的高COD、高硫化物废碱液被处理为低COD、低硫化物的高盐废水。
The spent caustic in ethylene plant has high concentrations of COD and sulfide and is difficult to be treated.This paper introduces the application of wet oxidation technology for spent caustic in ethylene plant,summarizes the actual operation and the problems emerged,analyzes the problems,and puts forward some corresponding solutions to optimize the operation of the plant.After modification,the spent caustic with high COD and high sulfide produced by ethylene plant is treated as high salt wastewater with low COD and low sulfide.
