摘要
阐述了炼油厂油品碱精制过程排出废碱液的来源、水质。并对其处理工艺过程存在的问题进行了讨论。根据现有处理工艺存在的问题 ,提出了解决这些问题 ,并有效处理碱渣的工艺过程“缓和湿式氧化脱臭 -酸化回收酚或环烷酸 - SBR法处理碱渣酸性水”。
The sources and properties of waste alkaline discharged from the process of alkaline refining of oil products is studied. The problems of present waste alkaline treatment process are discussed. With respect to solve these problems, a new process is put forward which is “mild wet air oxidation acidification SBR”
