摘要
介绍了丙烷脱氢装置含硫废碱液处理技术的开发及工业应用情况。开发了以湿式氧化技术为核心的“加碱中和-湿式氧化-酸化中和”处理技术,工业化装置运行稳定,出水S2-质量浓度小于1mgL、COD小于200mgL,达到设计要求。截至目前,已建成多套此类废碱液湿式氧化处理装置,社会效益和经济效益显著。
The development and industrial application of a treatment technology for the spent caustic containing sulfur from propane dehydrogenation unit were introduced.The technology consisted of alkalization neutralization-wet air oxidation-acid neutralization. The industrial unit using the technology operated stably.The S 2- mass concentration of the effluent of this unit was less than1mg L, and the COD was less than 200 mg L.Up to now,a number of units have been built adopting the developed treatment technology.
