摘要
目的分析急性踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者采取三角韧带修复治疗对其术后关节功能恢复的影响。方法选入本次研究的对象为本院在2015年5月至2021年2月收治的120例急性踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者,分组方法为随机数字表法,其中对照组患者采取的治疗方法下胫腓联合螺钉内固定治疗(60例),试验组在对照组基础上采取三角韧带修复术(60例)。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组手术时间长于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后骨折愈合时间、住院时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组术后1个月、3个月VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后6个月VAS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组术后1个月、3个月以及6个月踝关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后1个月踝关节ROM对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组术后3个月、6个月踝关节ROM明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前生活质量经统计学分析后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后试验组生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗满意度相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论在急性踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者治疗中采取传统手术加三角韧带修复术治疗效果确切。
Objective To analyze the effect of deltoid ligament repair on postoperative joint function recovery in patients with acute ankle fracture and deltoid ligament injury.Methods The subjects of this study were 120 patients with acute ankle fractures and deltoid ligament injury who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to February 2021.The grouping method was random number table method,in which the treatment method of patients in the reference group was treated with internal fixation of the inferior tibiofibular screw(60 cases),and the experimental group was treated with deltoid ligament repair on the basis of the control group(60 cases).The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The operation time of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the postoperative fracture healing time and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores in the experimental group at 1 month and 3 months after operation were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 6 months after operation(P>0.05).The ankle function scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ankle ROM between the two groups at 1 month after operation(P>0.05).The ankle ROM of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group at 3 and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment after statistical analysis(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional surgery plus deltoid ligament repair is effe
