摘要
目的探讨钢板螺钉内固定对四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者骨折愈合时间及并发症的影响。方法参照随机数字表法将佳木斯骨科医院2017年6月-2018年3月四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者100例分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用带锁髓内针固定治疗,观察组采用钢板螺钉内固定治疗,比较两组术中出血量及关节功能恢复时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组术中出血量及关节功能恢复时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钢板螺钉内固定可有效减小四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者术中出血量及关节功能恢复时间,缓和患者疼痛,降低其术后并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of plate and screw internal fixation on the healing time and complications of long bone trauma fracture of extremities.Methods According to the method of random number table,100 patients with traumatic fracture of long bone of limbs from June,2017 to March,2018 in the hospital were divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail,and the observation group was treated with plate and screw internal fixation.The bleeding volume,joint function recovery time,visual analogue score(VAS)and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding and recovery time of joint function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Internal fixation with steel plate and screw can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and the recovery time of joint function,relieve the pain of patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
