摘要
目的探讨钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折的临床效果。方法抽取2019年6月至2022年5月濮阳市人民医院收治的四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者180例,按照手术方案分为参照组和观察组,每组90例。参照组给予闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗,观察组给予钢板螺钉内固定治疗。比较两组手术及预后情况、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、骨折愈合情况、并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、肢体功能恢复时间和骨折愈合时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3 d,两组VAS评分低于术前,且观察组低于参照组(P<0.05)。术后1年,观察组骨折愈合优良率(96.67%,87/90)高于参照组(84.44%,76/90),P<0.05。观察组随访期间并发症总发生率(6.67%,6/90)低于参照组(17.78%,16/90),P<0.05。结论四肢长管骨创伤骨折应用钢板螺钉内固定治疗效果较好,能缩短手术时间及住院时间,促进骨折愈合、肢体功能恢复,减少并发症。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of plate and screw internal fixation on traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of extremities.Methods A total of 180 patients with traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of extremities admitted to Puyang People’s Hospital from June 2019 to May 2022 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated by closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation,and the observation group was treated by plate and screw fixation.The operation and prognosis condition,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,fracture healing and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospital stay,limb function recovery time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the first and third days after surgery,the VAS score in the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent fracture healing rate in the observation group(96.67%,87/90)was higher than that in the control group(84.44%,76/90)one year after surgery(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(6.67%,6/90)during the follow-up period was lower than that in the control group(17.78%,16/90),P<0.05.Conclusions The plate and screw internal fixation has good therapeutic effect on traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of extremities.It can shorten the operation time and hospital stay,promote fracture healing and limb function recovery,and reduce complications.
