踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤患者实施内固定术治疗对促进骨折愈合影响研究 被引量:14

Study on the Effect of Internal Fixation Treatment on the Promotion of Fracture Healing in Patients with Ankle Fractures and Syndesmotic Ligament Injury

摘要 目的探究踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤病患采用内固定术对其骨折愈合的影响。方法选取118例踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤患者,均为2018年4月—2019年9月本院收治,经由随机数字抽取法予以组别划分:对照组(59例,非内固定术)、研究组(59例、内固定术),比较两组骨折愈合时间、二次治疗与骨不连发生率以及踝关节功能优良率。结果研究组骨折愈合时间据统计为(12.23±2.54)周,短于对照组(14.13±2.68)周,差异有统计学意义(t=3.952,P<0.05)。研究组二次手术发生率据统计为1.69%、骨不连发生率为1.69%,均低于对照组20.34%、15.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组踝关节功能优良率评估93.22%高于对照组79.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对踝关节骨折合并下胫腓联合韧带损伤病患施以内固定术,有利于其骨折愈合时间缩短,降低术后骨不连发生率,术后踝关节功能恢复良好。 Objective To explore the effect of internal fixation on fracture healing in patients with ankle joint fractures and inferior tibiofibular ligament injuries.Methods 118 patients with ankle joint fractures and syndesmotic ligament injury were selected from April 2018 to September 2019 in the hospital.They were divided into groups by random number extraction:control group(59 cases,non-internal Fixation),the study group(59 cases,internal fixation),the fracture healing time,the incidence of secondary treatment and nonunion,and the excellent and good rate of ankle joint function were compared.Results According to statistics,the fracture healing time of the study group was(12.23±2.54)weeks,which was shorter than(14.13±2.68)weeks in the control group,and the difference was significant(t=3.952,P<0.05).According to statistics,the incidence of secondary operations in the study group was 1.69%,and the incidence of nonunion was 1.69%,which were lower than those of the control group by 20.34%and 15.25%.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of ankle joint function in the study group was estimated to be 93.22%higher than that of the control group 79.66%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of internal fixation to patients with ankle joint fractures and lower tibiofibular syndesmosis ligament injury is beneficial to shorten the fracture healing time,reduce the incidence of postoperative nonunion,and restore good ankle joint function after surgery.
