摘要
梳理整合全球胜任力的源起和概念,比较相关素养概念的异同,并探讨全球胜任力的理论与实证研究范式。通过以上内容的梳理与总结,能够较为清晰地看出全球胜任力发展的广度和深度。有关全球胜任力的概念界定众多,但目前为止还没有形成统一的标准。因此,未来可以在这三个方面开展研究,即尝试构建全球胜任力本土模型、加强实证研究、扩大研究对象和范围。
This paper combs and integrates the origins and concepts of global competence,compares the similarities and differences of related concepts,and explores the theoretical and empirical research paradigms of global competence.Through combing and summarizing the above contents,the breadth and depth of global competence development can be clearly seen.There are many definitions of global competence,but there is no unified standard so far.Therefore,the future research can be carried out in these three areas,namely trying to build a local model of global competence,strengthening empirical research,and expanding research objects and scope.
