摘要 对变压器现场介质损耗因数测量经常出现的异常现象进行了分析,总结产生的原因,提出了排查处理和试验操作优化方法。首先从介质损耗因数的电气原理上作出剖析理解,并和现场实际接线操作和环境条件相联系,对可能造成介质损耗因数测量偏差的不同因素进行分析归类。对数个典型的现场介质损耗因数测量的异常现象过程进行详细分析,从现场试验条件、环境特点、仪器特点等方面作出对比,从原理上研究导致测量结果偏差的影响,提出合理措施,排除影响以得到真实结果。从电气原理上开展分析思路,对测量影响作出清晰的定量或定性判断。根据典型现场排查分析案例,研究了介质损耗因数测量影响因素,提出系统的判断和排查方法,并结合分析计算论证了结果,可作为现场介质损耗因数测量工作的参考,有助于提高现场试验的准确性和高效性。 The problem of abnormal measurement of dielectric loss factor in large transformer sitetests was analyzed,the possible causes were summarized,dialogue and checking methods were provided to optimize the test operating measures.Firstly,the electrical principle of dielectric loss factor was analyzed and understood,and the different factors that may cause the measurement deviation of dielectric loss factor were analyzed and classified in connection with the actual wiring operation and environmental conditions on site.The abnormal phenomenon process of several typical on-site dielectric loss factor measurements were analyzed in detail,and the field test conditions,environmental characteristics,instrument characteristics and other aspects were compared.The impact of the measurement result deviation was studied in principle,and reasonable measures were proposed to eliminate the impact to obtain the real results.Carried out analysis from the electrical principle,and made clear quantitative or qualitative judgment on the measurement impact.According to typical on-site troubleshooting analysis cases,the influencing factors of dielectric loss factor measurement have been studied,and a systematic judgment and troubleshooting method has been proposed.The results have been demonstrated in combination with analysis and calculation,which can be used as a reference for on-site dielectric loss factor measurement and help to improve the accuracy and efficiency of on-site tests.
