摘要
结合典型案例,分析了变压器油中单一H2异常的原因,认为单一H2异常不一定表明变压器存在缺陷,应结合红外、铁芯电流、带电局部放电及例行停电试验等测试结果进行综合判断。非故障原因引起变压器油中单一H2异常的原因主要是水分的电解、铁的氧化反应和不锈钢的催化反应。
By combining typical cases, the paper analyzes abnormal H2 in insulating oil of transformer. It is believed that the single H2 abnormity does not necessarily mean that there are transformer defects, and it should be comprehensively judged by results of infrared test, iron core current test, PD test and routine out- age test. The single H2 abnormity not due to faults is caused by water electrolysis, oxidizing reaction of iron and catalytic reaction of stainless steel.
