摘要
浸渍树脂的浸透性是保证VPI成品线圈质量的重要工艺指标。本文对少胶云母带迚行电子显微测试,分析环氧酸酐VPI浸渍特点及类型,幵对标准铝排线棒迚行了浸透性试验。试验结果表明,改变浸渍工艺指标可以增加树脂浸透性的能力。但是鉴于此法在经济性上不适于广泛地应用,建议在生产过程中,应以降低浸渍树脂的粘度作为增强浸透性的手段。
The impregnability of the impreganting resin is the major index which guaranteed the VPI ststor coils'quality.The dry mica tape was tested by electronic microscopy,and the characteristic and types of the epoxy/anhydride VPI impreganting resin was analyzed;meanwhile the impregnability for the standard aluminum specimen was also tested.The result shows that changing impregnation technology can increase the impregnability of the resin.But because this method is not suitable for widely application in economic terms,the suggestion is that the means of enhancing the impregnability should be reducing the viscosity of the impreganting resin in the production process.
