摘要
环氧酸酐浸渍树脂是整体真空压力浸渍(GVPI)技术常用的浸渍树脂。文章通过试验,对国产环氧酸酐浸渍树脂的基本性能及相容性进行研究,对22 kV等级GV PI绝缘结构进行电气性能、机械性能及热学性能考核试验,并将试验结果与进口树脂进行对比分析。结果表明,国产环氧酸酐浸渍树脂与进口树脂一样,具有优异的电气性能、机械性能及热学性能,能完全满足大型GVPI发电机的应用需求。
Epoxy anhydride impregnating resin is a commonly used impregnating resin in the global vacuum pressure impregnation(GVPI) technology.The basic properties and compatibility of the domestic epoxy anhydride impregnating resin are studied through tests,and the electrical,mechanical and thermal properties of the GVPI insulation structure of 22 kV class are assessed and tested,and then,the test results are compared and analyzed with the imported resin.The results show that the domestic epoxy anhydride impregnated resin possess excellent electrical,mechanical and thermal properties as the imported resin,fully meeting the application requirements of large GVPI generators.
