摘要
对于发电机等电容量较大设备的电容量和介质损耗因数测试,需使用大容量的精密介质损耗因数测试仪,现有的高压损耗因数标准器不能满足此类介质损耗因数测试仪的要求进行全量程校验,以保证常用量程的准确度。文中提出了使用标准源,对采用数字相移测量原理生产的发电机用精密介质损耗因数测试仪进行校验的方法,并设计开发一套精准可控标准源用于该类原理的介质损耗因数测试仪校验,进一步探讨了校验系统的量值溯源和测量不确定度评定。通过对常用试验点的测试分析,可知这种校验方法和系统能够对发电机用大容量精密介质损耗因数测试仪全量程的准确度进行考核,并具有一定的推广意义。
To test the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of electric generator with large capacitance,the large-capacity and high-precision dielectric loss factor tester is applied.The high voltage dielectric loss factor standard could not calibrate the tester of this kind in full range,to guarantee its accuracy.This paper provides a method by using a standard power source to calibrating this kind of dielectric loss factor tester produced in digital phase shift measuring principle.Besides,a set of high-precision and controllable calibrating standard power source is developed.Furthermore,we discussed the value traceability of this testing system and the measurement uncertainty evaluation.In the analysis of testing data,we can find that this calibrating method and system could examine the full range precision of the dielectric loss factor tester for electric generator.This method and system may also be popularized.
