摘要
点检是保证大型生产设备预防大量维修的必要检测基础,也是现代设备管理运行的核心要求。为确保点检作业的执行效率,利用工业机械仿真三维动画技术,结合图像处理、动作捕捉以及音视频处理技术,设计并研发了“双人6区65步点检法”三维动画。结果表明:“双人6区65步点检法”三维动画的研发提升了设备点检作业虚拟与实际操作效率,提高了安全培训执行效率,有利于生产过程的连续性和设备的工作性能,减少了真实设备误操作的可能。
Spot inspection is not only the necessary inspection basis to ensure the prevention of massive maintenance of large-scale production equipment,but also the core requirement of modern equipment management and operation.In order to ensure the execution efficiency of spot inspection operation,the article uses the three-dimensional animation technology of industrial machinery simulation,combines with image processing,motion capture and audio and video processing technology,designs and develops the three-dimensional animation of"double 6 zone 65 step spot inspection method".The results show that the development of"double 6 zone 65 step spot inspection method"3D animation improves virtual and practical operation efficiency of equipment spot inspection operation,improve the efficiency of safety training implementation,which is conducive to the continuity of the production process and the working performance of the equipment,and reduces the possibility of misoperation of the real equipment.
