摘要
针对辽宁能源煤电产业股份有限公司智慧化矿山建设过程中,机械设备维护管理工作质量不高的问题,以安全性、维护管理成本最小化为原则,结合"点检"方式进行状态监测,明确点检周期为300 h,并建立管理策略模型,明晰机械设备维护管理策略,提出做好维护管理工作的有效策略,实现了煤矿企业经济效益与社会效益双赢。
In view of the low quality of mechanical equipment maintenance and management in the process of intelligent mine construction of Liaoning Energy Coal Power Industry Co., Ltd., based on the principle of safety and minimizing maintenance and management costs, combined with the "spot inspection" method, the spot inspection cycle is 300 h, and the management strategy model is established to clarify the mechanical equipment maintenance and management strategy, the effective strategy of maintenance and management is put forward, which realizes the win-win of economic and social benefits of coal mining enterprises.
