摘要
随着变电站智能化水平的提高以及管理者对变电站无人化管理的要求,具有巡检功能的机器人应运而生。围绕巡检机器人的系统架构和各个功能模块,系统介绍了巡检机器人在变电站运维中的作用,明确提出具备路径规划、红外检测和仪表状态识别等功能的巡检机器人将成为点检作业的主趋势,这不仅节约了人工成本,还极大提高了设备巡检的效率与巡检质量,对变电站在线设备的日常诊断与安全顺稳运行具有重要意义。
With the improvement of the level of substation intelligence and the requirements of managers for unmanned management of substations,robots with inspection functions have come into being.Around the system structure and each functional module of the inspection robot,this article systematically introduces the role of inspection robots in substation operation and maintenance,and clearly proposes that inspection robots with functions such as path planning,infrared detection and instrument status identification will become the main trend of routine maintenance,which not only saves labor costs,but also greatly improves the efficiency and inspection quality of equipment inspection,and is of great significance to the daily diagnosis and safe and smooth operation of substation online equipment.
