摘要
食品快检是基层食品安全监管的重要辅助手段之一,其质量控制过程直接关系到快检结果的准确性和食品安全监管的效率。本文综述了基层食品快检的现状、存在的主要问题和质量控制措施,从快检产品质量、快检人员检测能力、快检操作环节和快检结果应用等方面存在的问题入手,初步分析了基层食品快检的质量关键控制点和控制措施,并展望了食品安全快检车在基层食品快检中的应用前景,为基层开展食品快检工作提供一定的参考价值。
Fast food inspection is one of the important auxiliary means of food safety supervision at the grassroots level.The quality control process is directly related to the accuracy of fast inspection results and the efficiency of food safety supervision.This paper summarizes the current situation,main problems and quality control measures of grassroots food rapid inspection.Starting from the problems existing in the quality of the fast inspection products,the detection ability of the fast inspection personnel,the operation links of the fast inspection and the application of the fast inspection results,the key quality control points and control measures of the grassroots food rapid inspection are preliminarily analyzed,and the application prospect of the food safety fast inspection vehicle in the grassroots food rapid inspection is prospected.It provides a certain reference value for the grassroots to carry out food rapid inspection.
