摘要
再生沥青混合料常面临水稳定性不足的问题。为研究直投苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene,SBS)对再生沥青混合料水稳定性的改善效果,本文设计室内试验,分别研究了不同干法SBS掺量对再生沥青物理性能指标影响规律,并在此基础上采用再生沥青混合料冻融劈裂试验研究了干法SBS对再生沥青混合料水稳定性的影响规律。结果表明:再生沥青25℃针入度指标、延度指标随干法SBS掺量的增加而降低;再生沥青混合料劈裂抗拉强度随干法SBS掺量的增加而增加,而冻融劈裂抗拉强度比呈先增加后降低的趋势;干法SBS掺量越高,达到相同空隙率需要的击实温度越高,应合理控制再生沥青混合料压实温度来保障干法SBS对水稳定性的改善效果。
Recycled asphalt mixture often faces the problem of insufficient moisture stability. In order to study the influence of dry styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)on moisture stability of recycled asphalt mixture,the effects of different dry SBS content on the physical performance indexes of recycled asphalt were studied by using laboratory testing. Meanwhile,the effects of dry SBS on the moisture stability of recycled asphalt mixture were studied based on freeze-thaw splitting test. The results show that the penetration index at 25℃ and ductility index of recycled asphalt decrease with the increase of dry SBS content. The splitting tensile strength of recycled asphalt mixture increases with the increase of dry SBS content,while the ratio of freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength first increases and then decreases. The higher the content of dry SBS,the higher the compaction temperature required to achieve the same void ratio. The compaction temperature of recycled asphalt mixture should be reasonably controlled to ensure the improvement effect of dry SBS on moisture stability.
