直投式橡胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青在沥青路面中的应用初探 被引量:7

摘要 当前飞速发展的交通对道路质量提出了更高的要求,SBS改性沥青路面初显性能不足的弊端。将普通胶粉与反应剂在工厂中预混,得到直投式胶粉,该胶粉可直接投入拌缸与SBS改性沥青生成橡胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青混合料。通过飞散试验、胶结料、混合料试验,结合工程应用情况最终得出结论:该法制得的沥青混合料在路用性能方面优于SBS改性沥青,更适用于一些诸如长大陡坡、桥面和重载交通的地方。 With the rapid development of modern traffic,and with higher quality requirements put forward for the quality of roads,the SBS modified asphalt pavement begins to show some drawbacks in performance.DVS rubber powder is obtained by premixing ordinary rubber powder with reactants in the factory.This kind of powder can be put directly into the cylinder to obtain rubber powder and SBS compound modified asphalt mixture.By raveling tests,the experimental study of cementitious matter and mixture,and with practical engineering applications taken into account,a final conclusion is obtained:the thus-made asphalt mixture is better than the SBS modified asphalt in performance.It is more suitable for some places such as roads of abrupt slode,bridge pavements and heavy traffic roads.
