橡胶沥青的环保化制备与应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 橡胶沥青具有优异的抗裂、耐久等路用性能,但在其制备、拌和及铺设环节存在着耗能高、污染大、气味重、施工难等问题。综述了橡胶沥青的环保化制备及其混合料的温拌、乳化及干法直投工艺,提出了原材料胶粉预处理再生方法,并质疑了橡胶沥青高温加工黏度指标的合理性。还阐述了沥青烟组分的检测及治理方法,最后对橡胶沥青的环保化制备与应用作出总结和展望。 Although rubber asphalt has excellent road performancein terms of durability and cracking resistance,but high energy consumption,pollution,heavy smell and hard construction present a challenge in the preparation,mix and pavingof rubber asphalt.Severalenvironmentally-friendly processes ofrubber asphalt and mixture,such as warm mixing,emulsification and dry direct casting are reviewed.Raw rubber powderpretreatment method is proposed.The rationality of viscosityindex inrubber asphalt high temperature processing is questioned.Also expounds the components measure and treatment method of asphalt fume.Finally,the environmentally-friendly preparation and application of rubber asphaltis summary and outlook.
