摘要
为研究级配与就地热再生沥青混合料性能之间的相关特性,本文采用分形理论定量地表示级配曲线,探究再生沥青混合料空隙率、稳定度、水稳定性与级配之间的相关性,同时比较了不同掺配比例下不同再生混合料的级配对性能的影响。研究结果表明:AC-13型就地热再生沥青混合料的稳定度、空隙率随分形维数的降低而增加,而水稳定性则反之;相同分形维数情况下,再生沥青混合料稳定度随旧料掺量的增加而提高,而水稳定性与空隙率则反之;应用分形维数能合理地评价就地热再生沥青混合料马歇尔主要指标和关键路用性能,并与其他级配设计理论具有相同的趋势规律。
To investigate the correlation between gradation and the performance of in-place hot recycling asphalt mixture,the correlation between air voids,stability,moisture stability of hot in-place asphalt mixtures and gradation was studied by using fractal theory. In addition,the effect of different recycled mix grades on the performance of the mixes was compared under the different reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) blending ratios.The results show that the stability and air voids of AC-13 in-place hot recycling asphalt mixture increase with the decrease of fractal dimension,whereas moisture stability is the opposite. Under the same fractal dimension of extracted mixture gradation,the stability of recycled asphalt mixture increases with the increase of old mixture content,but the moisture stability and air voids are the opposite. The application of fractal dimension can reasonably evaluate the main Marshall index and key pavement performance of in-place hot recycling asphalt mixture,and has the same trend with other gradation design theories.
