摘要 低温抗裂性不足是制约再生沥青混合料在低温地区使用的重要因素。为探究直投SBS对再生沥青混合料低温抗裂性的影响,本文设计不同直投苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(styrene-butadiene-styrene,SBS)改性剂掺量的融合沥青及再生沥青混合料,并采用25℃针入度、软化点、15℃延度、最大弯拉应变指标评价融合沥青及再生沥青混合料的性能变化趋势,分析了直投SBS掺量对再生沥青混合料最大弯拉应变指标的影响程度。此外,本文探究了压实温度对高掺量直投SBS的再生沥青混合料最大弯拉应变指标的影响。研究结果表明:融合沥青的25℃针入度指标随直投SBS掺量的增加而降低,而软化点、15℃延度指标则反之;再生沥青混合料低温弯拉应变随直投SBS掺量的增加而增加,直投SBS可改善再生沥青混合料低温抗裂性,关联系数达到0.763 1;提高碾压温度可改善再生沥青混合料的低温抗裂能力。 The lack of low temperature crack resistance is an important factor restricting the use of recycled asphalt mixture in low temperature areas. In order to explore the influence of direct injection styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)on the low-temperature crack resistance of recycled asphalt mixture,the blended asphalt and recycled asphalt mixture with different content of direct SBS modifier were designed,and the performance was evaluated by 25℃ penetration,softening point,15℃ ductility and maximum flexural tensile strain,and the influence of direct SBS content on the maximum flexural tensile strain index of recycled asphalt mixture was analyzed. In addition,the influence of compaction temperature on the maximum flexural tensile strain index of recycled asphalt mixture with high content of direct injection SBS was also studied. The results show that the penetration index at 25℃ of blended asphalt decreases with the increase of the content of direct injection SBS,while the softening point and ductility index at 15℃ were vice versa. The low-temperature flexural tensile strain of recycled asphalt mixture increases with the increase of the content of direct injection SBS,and the direct injection SBS can improve the low-temperature crack resistance of recycled asphalt mixture,and the correlation coefficient is 0.763 1. Increasing the rolling temperature can improve the low-temperature crack resistance of recycled asphalt mixture.
