摘要
针对目前高职院校职业生涯教育存在教育模式单一、教育内容陈旧、专业教师缺乏、个性化教育和连续性指导缺失、校企合作不力等弊端,提出需要加强高职院校职业生涯教育改革和创新,构建更完善、更科学的职业生涯教育体系,以应对形势之变,从而缓解高职学生就业压力,破解高职学生就业难题。从探索教学、活动、竞赛一体化的教育模式、确立个性化和时代特征的教育内容、培育校企合作专业化教师团队、多形式推动因材施教教学方法、创新信息化教育手段、重视入学前职业规划教育等方面探索了高职院校职业生涯教育改革与创新路径。
Against the disadvantages of current career education in the higher vocational colleges such as single education model, outdated educational content, shortage of professional teachers, lack of personalized education and continuous guidance as well as ineffective college-enterprise cooperation, the paper proposes that the education reform and innovation be strengthened and a more sound and scientific career education system be built up in order to cope with the new changes and relieve the employment pressure of higher vocational graduates. What’s more, this paper explores new approaches in a more detailed way from the following aspects: integrating teaching into activities and competitions, establishing personalized and updated education content, training professional teachers’ team by college-enterprise cooperation, reforming teaching methods and emphasizing the pre-college career planning education.
