摘要
高职院校“1+X”证书制度工作启动两年多以来总体稳步推进,但也出现了一些问题。该文从高职院校职业生涯教育的角度,探讨在“1+X”证书制度推行过程中,职业生涯教育做出的一系列适应性变革举措,如做好职业生涯定向教育、强化自我职业潜能分析教育、构建校企合作的长效沟通协调机制、促进职业生涯教育理念的全员全过程化等,从而保障“1+X”证书制度的顺利实施,有效推动我国职业教育全面发展。
Since the launch of the“1+X”certificate system in higher vocational colleges for more than two years,the overall steady progress has been made,but some problems emerge.This paper only talks about how to make a series of adaptive reform measures for career education in the implementation of the“1+X”certificate system from the perspective of career education in higher vocational colleges,such as doing a good job in career oriented education,strengthen self-career potential analysis education,build a long-term communication and coordination mechanism for school enterprise cooperation,and promote the whole process of the concept of career education,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the“1+X”certificate system and effectively promote the all-round development of vocational education in China.
