产教融合背景下混合式教学在高职院校《外科护理学》中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨产教融合背景下混合式教学在高职院校《外科护理学》中的应用效果。方法选取山东省济南市某高职院校2018级、2019级本科护生708名为研究对象,其中2018级315名学生为对照组,在《外科护理学》教学中采取传统教学方法;2019级393名学生为研究组,采取产教融合背景下混合式教学模式。用大学生学习投入评价问卷和护理专业学生自主学习能力测评量表比较两组学生的学习投入性和学习自主性,同时分析学生学习效果及对教学的满意度。结果研究组学习投入得分和学习自主性得分均高于对照组,学生综合成绩优于对照组,学生对教学的满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论“产教融合”背景下混合式教学模式提高了高职本科护生的学习投入性和学习自主性,并明显提高了其综合成绩,改善了护生对该课程的教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of blended teaching in Surgical Nursing in higher vocational colleges under the background of integration of production and education. Methods A total of 708 undergraduate nursing students of Grade 2018 and Grade 2019 in one higher vocational college in Jinan, Shandong Province were selected. Among them, 315 students in Grade 2018 were the control group, adopting traditional teaching methods in the teaching of Surgical Nursing. And 393 students from Grade 2019 were the intervention group, adopting the blended teaching mode under the background of integration of production and education. The questionnaire of college students’ learning engagement and the scale of nursing students’ autonomous learning ability were used to measure students’ learning engagement and learning autonomy. Meanwhile, students’ learning effect and satisfaction with teaching were analyzed. Results The scores of learning engagement and learning autonomy in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the students’ satisfaction with teaching was higher than that in the control group(all P <0.05). Conclusions Under the background of the integration of production and education, the blended teaching mode improved the learning commitment and learning autonomy of undergraduate nursing students in higher vocational colleges, obviously enhanced their comprehensive achievements and increased their teaching satisfaction with this course.
