摘要
某电厂1000 MW机组的凝结水泵存在容量大、功耗大、运行水平不均、耗电量较大等缺点,运行时节能损失较大,对工作效果有一定的影响。在机组正常带负荷运行期间,对该凝结水泵进行了多个负荷工况下的变频试验。试验结果表明:维持凝结水母管压力不低于2.1 MPa,当负荷为900 MW时,凝结水泵的转速由1450 rpm降低到1264 rpm,凝结水系统可以满足用户的需求;试验期间电机端的振动波动较大,但最高值不超过60μm,符合要求。其中,31#泵消耗的功率由1403 kW下降到945 kW,节电458 kW;33#泵消耗的功率由1355 kW下降到907 kW,节电448 kW。由此可见,改造结果可以进一步降低凝结水泵的转速运行,在符合振动波动条件下,进一步提升变频节能的效果。
Due to its large capacity,high power consumption and uneven operation level,the condensate pump for 1000 MW unit of a power plant consumes a large amount of electricity and has a large energy saving loss during operation,which has a certain impact on the working effect and wastes a large amount of electric energy.Therefore,during the normal operation of the unit under load,the variable frequency test of the condensate pump under multiple load conditions was carried out.The test results showed that when the pressure of the condensate jelly tube was maintained at no less than 2.1 MPa,the condensate pump was reduced from its current operating speed of 1450 r/min to 1264 r/min when running under 900 MW load.The condensate water system could meet the needs of users.During the test,the vibration of the motor end of the pump fluctuated greatly,but the highest value did not exceed 60 meters,meeting the corresponding requirements.Among them,the power consumed by no.31 pump can be reduced from 1403 kW to 945 kW,saving 458 kW,and the power consumed by no.33 pump can be reduced from 1355 kW to 907 kW,saving 448 kW.The test results show that the running speed of the condensate pump can be further reduced,and the energy saving effect of frequency conversion can be further increased under the condition of vibration fluctuation.
