摘要
针对1 000 MW超超临界机组的给水系统,采用和利时DCS系统,提出了如何实现干、湿态给水控制系统的控制策略。根据超超临界直流锅炉的结构特点,分析了给水控制系统中给水湿态控制、给水焓控制、给水流量控制和给水泵调节。通过分析得出了在干态与湿态阶段要良好控制1 000 MW直流锅炉给水系统所必须达到的要求。
For the feed water system of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit,the control strategy of dry and wet water supply control system was proposed by using Hollysys DCS system.According to the structural characteristics of ultra-supercritical once through boiler,the wet state control,enthalpy control,flow control and pump regulation of feed water control system were analyzed.Through the analysis,the requirements that must be achieved in the dry state and wet state in order to control the water supply system of the 1000 MW once through boiler well are obtained.
