摘要
介绍了凝结水泵变频调节的节能原理,分析了凝结水泵变频调节的优点及在实际运行中存在的问题,并提出了解决方法。通过实践,优化了华能海门电厂1036MW机组凝结水系统的全程控制策略,达到了凝结水泵变频调节深度节能的目的,对同类机组凝结水系统的设计和逻辑优化具有重要的参考价值。
This paper introduces the energy conservation principles of frequency regulation for condensate pumps and analyzes the advantages of frequency regulation.Based on the problems encountered in operation,the solution methods are proposed.The control logics of condensate water system of 1 036 MW units of Huaneng Haimen Power Plant were optimized for further energy-saving,which can be used as a reference for design and logic optimization of other similar condensate water systems.
