摘要 为充分挖掘凝结水泵变频运行的节能潜力,在现有的除氧器水位控制系统的基础上,提出了用变频器调节除氧器水位的改进方案,分析了北仑电厂三期工程2×1000MW超超临界机组凝结水系统的运行特点,具体阐述了改进方案实施后需要关注及跟进的控制措施。运行实践表明,该方案达到了理想的节能效果,具有一定的推广意义。 To make use of the full potential of energy conservation for frequency conversion operation of condensate pump,this paper puts forward the improvement scheme of deaerator water level control by frequency converter based on the existing control system,analyzes the operation characteristics of ultra-supercritical unit condensate system of Guodian Beilun Power Plant Third-phase 2×1 000 MW Project and expounds the follow-up control measures after the above-mentioned scheme has been put into practice.Practical operation proves that this scheme has achieved the ideal effect of energy conservation with significance of popularization.
