摘要
介绍一种百万凝汽发电机组双凝泵深度变频控制方法,该凝结水泵变频控制系统可采用多种运行方式,变频器能够在液位控制模式和压力控制模式之间无扰切换。通过一系列优化、试验、运行,提出优化中应注意的细节。实践表明该策略在节能效果、安全可靠性和前瞻性三方面均具有一定的先进性。
A method of depth conversion control for double condensing pump for 1000 MW condensing generation unit is introduced. The variable frequency control system of the condensate pump can be used in various operation modes. The frequency converter can be undisturbed switched between level control mode and pressure control mode. It put forward some details that should be paid attention to during optimization through a series of optimization, test and operation. The practice shows that there is advancement for this strategy in the aspects of energy saving, safety, reliability and foresight.
