摘要 系统分析采用变凝结水流量快速调节机组负荷,实现超临界机组完全变压运行的技术特点和节能效果。根据实际运行试验数据,对变凝结水流量调节机组负荷的范围、响应速度、节能效果、除氧器和凝汽器及低压加热器的水位控制、变压运行对锅炉运行特性的影响等问题进行分析,认为变凝结水流量快速调节机组负荷法与传统技术相结合,可实现超临界机组完全变压运行,对大型燃煤机组节能减排意义重大。 The variable pressure operation and energy saving effect of a supercritical steam power generation unit,by timely adjusting the unit load through changing the condensed water flow,are analyzed systematically.Based on operation data,several related factors are described in detail,such as the range of controlled load,the responding speed,the energy efficiency,the water level control in the deaerator,condenser and low pressure heater,and the impacts of variable pressure operation on boiler operation characteristics.With the combination of load adjustment by condensed water flow control and traditional technologies,the complete variable-pressure operation of a supercritical unit can be achieved,which is of great significance to energy conservation for large coal-fired power generating units.
