基于CFD的风电机组机舱传递函数数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 为研究风电机组运行时机舱风速风向仪与风轮前方实际来流速度的关系,提高风能利用效率,采用standard k-e以及SST k-ω两种湍流模型对风机进行数值模拟,在两套网格上对模型进行网格无关性验证,利用基于MRF的4个方位角模型来模拟叶轮整个转动周期,用2.0 MW机组及测试数据进行验证,仿真结果与实测结果误差在7%以内,继而对2.5 MW机组及2.0 MW机组变桨模型进行仿真,结果表明:利用稳态数值模拟能准确得到机舱上方速度场,并建立机舱传递函数;同一机组在桨距角保持不变时,各风速段下机舱传递函数基本不变;当机组桨距角发生改变后,机舱传递函数会受到明显影响。 In order to study the deviation of the anemometer and the actual incoming flow velocity in front of the wind turbine and improve the efficiency of wind energy utilization,this paper used standard k-e and SST k-ωturbulence models to simulate the wind turbine and compare the results,then verifies the grid independence of the model with two sets of grids of different sizes.The four azimuth models based on MRF were used to simulate the whole rotation cycle of the impeller.Compared with the test data of 2.0 MW wind turbine,the error between the simulation results and the measured results is less than 7%.The 2.5 MW wind turbine and the 2.0 MW wind turbine with different pitch angle were simulated after verification.The results show that:The steady-state numerical simulation can accurately obtain the velocity field above the nacelle and establish the nacelle transfer function;When the pitch angle of the same turbine is unchanged,the nacelle transfer function at each wind speed section is basically unchanged;The change of the turbine pitch angle will affect the nacelle transfer function.
