摘要
当前我国正处于打赢脱贫攻坚战和实施乡村振兴战略的重要历史交汇期,在这一时期,需要科学地实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴的有效衔接。课题组通过疏理分析国家、环江毛南族自治县的有关政策,以广西环江毛南族自治县为例,对民族地区实施脱贫攻坚政策和乡村振兴战略所取得的成绩和遇到困难进行科学分析,进而提出推进民族地区全面脱贫与乡村振兴政策衔接的有效措施,以进一步巩固拓展民族地区脱贫攻坚成果,接续推动乡村全面振兴。
Our country is now at a critical juncture of fighting against poverty and implementing the rural revitalization strategy.In this period,it is necessary to scientifically realize the effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Through the analysis of relevant policies of the country and Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County,the research group,taking Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County in Guangxi as an example,scientifically analyzed the achievements and difficulties in the process of implementing poverty alleviation policy and rural revitalization strategy in ethnic minority areas,and then proposed effective measures to promote the connection between comprehensive poverty alleviation and rural revitalization policy in ethnic minority areas,so as to further consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas and continue to promote the comprehensive rural revitalization.
