摘要
农业、农村、农民这3个问题就是我们说的“三农”问题。目前“三农”问题开始引起广泛关注,但是农村地区受地理位置和民族文化等因素制约,农村贫困问题依然严峻,扶贫、脱贫任务尤为艰巨。该文以广西环江毛南族自治县洛阳镇文雅村为例(以下简称“文雅村”),总结出西南喀斯特地区长期贫困农村的一般特征和贫困的原因,并给出合理化建议。
Agriculture, rural areas and farmers are the three problems we refer to as "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". At present, issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers have attracted wide attention. However, rural poverty remains a serious problem in rural areas due to geographical location, ethnic culture and other factors, and the task of poverty alleviation and alleviation is particularly arduous. Taking Wenwen village, Luoyang town, Maonan autonomous county, Huanjiang city, Guangxi as an example(hereinafter referred to as Wenwen village), this paper summarizes the general characteristics and causes of chronic poverty in the rural areas in southwest karst region,and gives reasonable suggestions.
