摘要
破“五唯”是目前高校教师科研评价面临的关键问题。“五唯”问题的存在使得学术生态遭到严重破坏,功利主义、个人主义风气肆起,高校教师科研评价出现导向偏差。国家已经高度意识到“五唯”问题的严重性,相继发布和采取了一系列关乎“五唯”的政策和专项行动。文章通过分析“破五唯”的历史背景,梳理出破“五唯”的发展过程,分析高校教师科研评价现状,找出高校科研评价存在的相关问题,并且对症下药,依托互联网+和大数据技术提出高校教师科研评价的改革对策。破“五唯”的过程一蹴而就,高校科研评价的改革也不会一帆风顺。营造良性学术生态是每一位科研工作者的职责,在高校科研评价改革的路上更需要多方携手,多元评价。
Abandoning the Five Standards is the key issue that challenges the evaluation of university teachers'scientific research.The existence of the“five-standard”problem caused serious damage to the academic ecology with rampant culture of utilitarianism and individualism,which misguided the evaluation of university teachers'scientific research.The state has been highly aware of the seriousness of the problem,and has issued and taken a series of related policies and special actions.The article analyzes the historical background of the“anti-five-standard”,sorts out the development process,investigates the current situation of university teachers'scientific research evaluation,finds out the relevant problems of university research evaluation,and proposes solutions with the Internet+big data technology.However,the goals cannot be accomplished overnight,nor was the reform of university scientific research evaluation a smooth process.It is the duty of every scientific researcher to create a clear and benign academic ecology,which means mass participation of various sectors.
