摘要
“学生评价”是教育评价改革制度的核心,为“培养什么样的人”提供标尺,为“怎样培养人”指明方向。采用文本分析法,借助软件NVivo11对改革开放以来我国学生评价政策文本进行数量统计、词频分析、政策文本编码等,获取学生评价政策内容的变化方向并挖掘不同时期政策文本的内容变化。研究发现,改革开放以来我国学生评价政策变迁在评价理念、评价方式、评价参与主体、评价制度、评价结果的运用等方面存在不足。建议未来的学生评价政策要坚持育人为本,促进学生评价观念的科学化;强化多元评价,提升学生评价主体的专业化水平;细化学生评价内容标准,扩大评价指标的适切性;健全法规政策,推动学生评价制度的法治化;搭建信息平台,促进学生评价结果的综合运用。
“Student evaluation” is at the core of the educational evaluation reform system, providing a yardstick for “what kind of people to train” and pointing out the direction for “how to train people”. Using text analysis method based on NVivo11,we carried out quantitative word frequency analysis, and policy text coding on the text of China’s student evaluation policy since the reform and opening up, to obtain the developmental direction of the student evaluation policy content and dig out the content change of the policy text in different periods. The study found that since the reform and opening up, the changes of student evaluation policy in China have deficiencies in evaluation concepts, evaluation methods, evaluation participants, evaluation systems, and the use of evaluation results. It is suggested that future student evaluation policy should adhere to the education-oriented principle and promote the scientific concept of student evaluation;strengthen multiple evaluations to improve the professional level of the subject of student evaluation;refine student evaluation content standards and expand the applicability of evaluation indicators;promote the rule of law of the student evaluation system;and build an information platform to promote the comprehensive use of student evaluation results.
