摘要
为了进一步提升医院综合档案信息服务能力,从服务理念、服务方式、服务内容、服务对象等4个角度出发,分析了医院综合档案信息服务现状,借鉴知识管理理论基础和实践经验,探索创新服务模式,提出了树立先进服务理念、开拓新型服务方式、搭建综合档案服务平台、挖掘潜在用户需求等对策,以供同行借鉴和参考。
In order to further improve the comprehensive archives information service of the hospital,this paper analyzes the current situations of hospital comprehensive archives information service from the perspectives of service philosophy,mode,content and client,and explore a new service mode by learning from the theoretical foundation and practical experience based on the theory of Knowledge Management,thereby putting forward countermeasures such as establishing the philosophy of advanced service,developing new service mode,building comprehensive archives service platform and unearthing potential users’needs for peer reference.
