摘要
国家近几年来正不断推进“互联网与政务服务”工作,同时倡导各行业应发展数字协同工作。为了响应国家政策,文章提出医院档案管理数字化建设方案,包括档案管理信息系统建设需求、设计方案与实现方法,并以模块化的形式对各区域进行有效划分。在实施过程当中该系统也能解决以往档案管理的复杂性要求提高工作效率与基准,并以模块化的形式对各区域进行有效划分。保证能够对医院内综合档案信息资源进行共享,并提供更加有力的工作条件。
The Office Automatio(OA)platform can also be called the hospital collaborative office information governance platform,which is an important platform to provide support for hospital medical teaching,administrative logistics and other work on the basis of computer and communication technology.In the process of use,it can ensure the security of archive information,and at the same time,provide important convenience and convenience for internal comprehensive archive service work.In addition,during the implementation process,the system can also solve the complexity requirements of previous archival management,improve work efficiency and benchmarks,and divide effectively the regions in a modular form.Ensure that comprehensive archival information resources in the hospital can be shared and provided more powerful working conditions.
