摘要
目的探究和讨论医院档案管理的创新与改革。方法选取2018年3月-2019年9月期间该院开展医院档案管理创新模式前后的整理的档案共计180份作为该次试验的研究对象。对照组为未开展创新档案管理模式,为90例,研究组为经过开展新管理模式后的新模式管理下的病例档案,为90例。比较两组档案的正确率,分别评价两组档案管理的效果。结果研究组的准确率为98.9%,对照组为91.1%,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的患者满意度、档案质量完善率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者投诉率明显降低。结论通过研究目前该院正在运用的档案管理模式,分析档案管理中存在的不足之处,并且探讨采取相应措施进行创新和改革,能够明显地提高档案管理的正确率,提高管理的效率,使操作更简单,能够明显地降低工作量以及因为人工操作所造成的失误。
Objective To explore and discuss the innovation and reform of hospital archives management. Methods From March 2018 to September 2019, a total of 180 archives were collected before and after the hospital archives innovation model was developed as the research object of this trial. The control group was 90 cases without the innovative archives management model, and the study group was 90 cases with the new archives management after the new management model was developed. Compare the accu racy of the two groups of files, and evaluate the effectiveness of the two groups of file management. Results The accuracy rate of the study group was 98.9% and that of the control group was 91.1%. The study group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Patient satisfaction and file quality improvement rates in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), and the patient complaint rate was significantly reduced. Conclusion By studying the archives management model currently being used in the hospital, analyzing the shortcomings in archives management, and discussing the corresponding measures for innovation and reform, it can significantly improve the accuracy of archives management, improve the efficiency of management, and make operations simpler and can significantly reduce the workload and errors caused by manual operation.
