摘要
随着全国三级公立医院绩效考核工作的持续推进和《科学技术研究档案管理规定》的发布实施,对三甲医院尤其是地市级三甲医院的科研管理和科研档案管理工作提出了新的要求。根据地市级三甲医院的历史定位、人才特点等情况,分析地市级三甲医院科研档案管理存在的特殊问题,并结合国家最新政策法规和改革趋势,从科研档案管理人才培养、专业培训和监督检查等方面探讨新时期地市级三甲医院科研档案管理工作发展对策与展望。
With the continuous advancement of the performance appraisal of the national tertiary public hospitals and the promulgation and implementation of the Regulations on the Management of Scientific and Technological Research Archives,new requirements have been put forward for the management of scientific research and scientific research archives in Tertiary Class-A hospitals,especially the Tertiary Class-A hospitals at prefecture-level.The special problems existing in the scientific research archives management of the Tertiary Class-A at the municipal level are analyzed according to the historical orientation and talent characteristics of the prefecture-level Tertiary Class-A hospitals,and the development countermeasures and prospects of scientific research archives management in prefecture-level Tertiary Class-A hospitals at the municipal level in the new period are discussed from personnel training,professional training,supervision and inspection of the management of scientific research archives in combination with the latest national policies,regulations and reform trends.
