摘要
[目的/意义]在全面建设小康社会的时代背景下,现代公共文化服务机构是建设中国特色社会主义文化自信的主要动力源。图书馆作为构成公共文化服务体系的主阵地之一,同时具有公共文化及专门文化服务的双重属性,应当成为传承和发扬中华优秀传统文化的重要主体。[方法/过程]采用案例研究方法,结合绍兴地方特色文化与绍兴党校图书馆服务的具体实践,全方位探讨图书馆服务与地方文化融合发展的需求及模式。[结果/结论]从“文化+纸质文献”、“文化+电子文献”、“文化+主题馆建设”、“文化+阅读推广服务”等四个路径入手,在馆藏资源、健全制度、阅读服务、信息平台、文化品牌等五个方面实现图书馆服务与地方文化的创新性融合,最终达到既以图书馆服务促进文化发展又以文化反哺图书馆服务的目的,以期能够使图书馆在社会主义文化建设中发挥更重要的作用。
[Purpose/significance]In the context of building a well-off society in an all-round way,modern public cultural service organizations are the main power source for building the cultural confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In particular,as one of the main positions of the public cultural service system,the library has both public cultural service and special cultural service attributes,so it should become an important subject of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture.[Method/process]This paper adopts the case study method,combines the local characteristic culture of Shaoxing with the specific practice of Shaoxing Party School library service,and comprehensively discusses the demand and mode of the integration development of library service and local culture.[Result/conclusion]This study realizes the innovative integration of library services and local cultural fusion in reading library collection resources,sound system,service,information platform and culture brand,from the respective of“culture+paper literature”,“culture+electronic literature”,“culture+construction theme pavilions”and“culture+reading promotion service”.Finally,this paper aims to promote the development of culture by library service and feed library service by culture,so as to promote the library to play a more important role in the construction of socialist culture.
