摘要
淮海战役的许多遗址坐落在淮北市境内。中共淮北市委党校建有淮海战役特色数据库,对该数据库建设的深入研究旨在引导皖北淮海战役特色数据库建设向系统化、专题化方向发展。分析了建设淮海战役数据库的必要性,阐述了建设皖北淮海战役数据库的条件和建设淮海战役数据库的原则,提出了建设淮海战役数据库的思路。
Many sites of Huaihai Campaign are located in Huaibei City. Huaibei Municipal Party School has built the characteristic database of the Huaihai Campaign, and the study on the construction of this database is aimed at leading the construction of the characteristic database of northern Anhui＇s Huaihai Campaign develop towards a systematic and specialized direction. This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of Huaihai Campaign＇s database, expounds the conditions for the construction of the database of northern Anhui＇s Huaihai Campaign and the principles of the construction of Huaihai Campaign＇s database, and puts forward some ideas for the construction of Huaihai Campaign＇s database.
