摘要
公共图书馆发展与区域经济间相互影响。文章在分析二者相关性的基础上,采用熵值赋权法进行评价指标体系的构建。根据2000-2010年广东省统计数据,结合耦合协调度模型进行实证分析,结果表明广东省公共图书馆事业与经济增长上升趋势显著。虽然二者的协调度稳步增长,但增长过缓,仍处于低度协调状态。根据数据分析的结果提出增加财政投入力度、增加知识的转化力度和以公共图书馆为基础转变经济产业结构的政策建议,促进广东省经济及公共图书馆事业可持续发展。
This paper uses entropy weighting method to analyze the interaction between public libraries and regional economic development （PL＆RED） based on correlation analysis. Empirical analysis indicates that both public libraries and the economy of Guangdong have grown significantly, according to statistics data of Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2010. The coupling degree of PL＆RED increases steadily but slowly, so it is still somewhat low. The author proposes it is necessary to increase fi nancial investment, enhance the knowledge transformation, and adjust industrial structure to support the sustainable develop- ment of public libraries and the economy of Guangdong province.
