在知识经济时代,高校图书馆围绕学校的教学和科研总体目标,满足读者对文献信息的全方位、多样化需求,增加知识的积累,提升高校的教学和科研水平,致力于加强文献信息资源的整体建设,为文献信息资源的综合利用夯实基础,从而提高文献信息资源的保障率。
