摘要
针对某电厂1台300 MW锅炉的末级过热器进口集箱三通与连通管对接焊缝裂纹缺陷情况,通过金相组织、硬度、材料化学成分、焊接工艺等方面进行了分析讨论,认为该处裂纹属于多种复杂应力叠加释放造成。提出了在后期修复过程中焊缝裂纹的消除、焊接及热处理、焊后检验的方案,并且为避免类似问题的产生,在技术监督方面提出合理化建议。
According to last stage superheater inlet header of some 300 MW boiler in a power plant the crack of the butt weld between the header tee and the connecting pipe,the metallographic structure,hardness,chemical composition of the material and welding process are analyzed and discussed.It is considered that the crack is caused by multiple complex stress release.The elimination of weld cracks,welding and heat treatment,post-welding inspection schemes in the later repair process is put forward.In order to avoid similar problems,reasonable suggestions are put forward in the technical supervision.
