摘要
在600 MW及以上超超临界机组工程施工中,通过对集箱及管座角焊缝采用柔性陶瓷电阻加热设备进行了焊接热处理工艺试验。结果表明,主集箱及管座角焊缝布置满足规程要求的加热装置宽度,并单独控制温度,主集箱及管座角焊缝热处理质量能够得到保证,这有效解决了集箱及管座角焊缝热处理温差问题,提高了集箱及管座角焊缝的焊接热处理质量,该试验方法可为国内超超临界机组集箱及管排角焊缝焊后热处理提供借鉴。
In the ultra supercritical units of 600 MW and above engineering construction,ceramics resistance heating equipment was used for welding heat treatment process test to header and tube socket fillet weld. The results showed that main header and tube socket fillet weld are arranged with the width of the heating device to meet the requirements of the regulations,and temperature is individually controlled,heat treatment quality of main header and tube socket fillet weld can be guaranteed. It solves the header and tube socket fillet weld heat treatment temperature difference problem,and improves the header and tube socket fillet weld heat treatment quality. The test method can provide reference for post weld heat treatment of ultra-supercritical unit header and tube socket fillet weld.
