摘要 某300 MW亚临界参数锅炉低NO_(x)燃烧器改造后,运行中出现一次风管堵塞、两侧汽温及烟温偏差较大、低负荷下再热汽温偏低等问题。同时由于大比例掺烧劣质烟煤,导致以上问题更加突出。采用燃烧调整手段优化运行参数,通过一次风速调平、煤粉细度优化、运行氧量优化、二次风配比优化等试验研究,改造后出现的相关问题得到改善,并结合试验结果提出了合理化运行建议。 After the transformation of low NO_(x) burner of a 300 MW subcritical pressure parameter boiler,there are some problems in operation such as blockage of primary air duct,large deviation of steam temperature and flue gas temperature on both sides,low reheat steam temperature under low load and so on.At the same time due to a large proportion of inferior bituminous coal blending,resulting in more prominent problems.The combustion adjustment method is used to optimize the operation parameters.Through the experimental research of primary air speed leveling,pulverized coal fineness optimization,operation oxygen optimization and secondary air ratio optimization,the relevant problems after the transformation are improved,and the reasonable operation suggestions are put forward combined with the test results.
