摘要
为降低炉膛出口氮氧化物(NO_x),需要在现有燃烧器上设计加装远离型燃尽风(Separated Over Fire Air,SOFA)。好的SOFA设计改造应该使固体未完全热损失、排烟热损失及气体未完全燃烧热损失减少。在炉膛出口烟气温度降低时,适当调整SOFA的风量和炉膛出口过量空气系数会使NO_x排放降低,锅炉效率提高。
Separated overfire air (SOFA),which installs on combustor,is a well-established technology for reducing NOx at furnace exit.The operation of SOFA after the transformation has a direct impact on the formation amount of NOx at the furnace exit.A proper design of SOFA helps to minimize the heat loss caused by unburned carbon,exhaust gas and incomplete combustion.Under the situation where the furnace exit gas temperature (FEGT) is dropped,the NOx emission can be reduced and boiler efficiency can be increased by appropriately adjusting SOFA air and excess air coefficient at the furnace exit.
